Kourtney Kardashian Baby News: Reality TV Star Working Out to Lose Baby Weight

'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star and third-time mom Kourtney Kardashian revealed a new update about her goal to lose 14 lbs of her baby weight after giving birth to her third child, Baby Reign Aston Disick on December 14, 2014.

Kardashian took a snapshot of her scale early Monday morning showing 116.0 as her current weight, from being 120 lbs in her previous post on her social media last February. Indeed Kardashian has lost weight but she was quick to remind everyone that the number may look small, but so is she.

"It's Monday! Ps: I'm 5 feet tall, so everyone relax I'm on a workout kick, trying to bring some Monday motivation," she wrote captioning the photo she posted on Instagram. The mom to three children including, Mason, age five and Penelope, age two, has been on the road to staying fit and healthy since giving birth to her third child.

Well, it seems like she is doing a good job at working out doing all sorts of methods to achieve her unannounced weight goal. Kardashian previously tried the now trending waist trainer snapping a photo with it and giving a little pose for the camera last January.

In another post, Kardashian also captured a photo of her legs and her workout shoes seemingly on her way for a quick run in her goal to lose 14 lbs. writing, "'14 stubborn pounds to go." Meanwhile as the Kardashian TV star works on her fitness, her long time beau and the father to her three children Scott Disick works on his troubles checking into a rehab facility in Costa Rica.

Kardashian updated everyone saying that Disick is apparently doing well. "He's is doing well. I think the thing that's most important to me is just his commitment to working on himself," she told People previously, "If somebody doesn't want to make changes then that's really hard. He is learning so much about himself and growing, and so that's really amazing to see. When he's working on himself it only betters our relationship," she added.
