Kourtney Kardashian News: Reality Star Spills Secret Weight Loss Tips After Giving Birth to Her Third Son

The new mom of three, Kourtney Kardashian is always impressively fast in losing her baby weight! It is just six weeks since she gave birth to her third son Reign Aston Disick and the 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star surprisingly looks lighter already!

In an interview with E! News, Kardashian's New York based Yoga teacher Leila Johnson reveals Kardashian's fitness secrets which involves, Ghee and hibernating! Kardashian's diet seems quite simple and light to do especially for moms who have just given birth.

"Everything she eats is very fresh, handmade, less processed, less garbage. We make our own roasted trail mixes. We use coconut oil, raw pumpkin seeds and other nuts," Johnson revealed adding, "Kourtney is a Ghee goddess! She is obsessed with ghee. It's clarified butter...She cooks with it and you can eat it on an empty stomach."

Apparently, the easiest and fastest way to lose all the baby weight is to stay at home and hibernate! Unbelievable but after three kids, Kardashian has already proved that it is definitely effective. "One of the tricks for losing weight is spending the first few weeks doing as little as possible, just hibernating at home for the first 6 weeks," Johnson revealed.

"[Kourtney] does that every time, her weight comes off so fast. She just does gentle walks and breast feeds," Johnson said. Kardashian reportedly did minimal activities in the first few weeks. Now, Kardashian can now slowly get back to exercising.

"She's past the 6 weeks now and she is starting to get into an exercise routine," Johnson said revealing that Kardashian can now run a little. "She's doing some cardio now--walking and running," she said. In just a few more weeks it seems that Kardashian's baby weight will soon be in the abyss and will be back in tip top shape.
