Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick Break Up Rumors: Scott Disick Buys Bachelor Pad or Renovation Project?

Scott Disick's recent real estate purchase has spawned several rumors that his relationship with Kourtney Kardashian, his long-time girlfriend and the mother of his three children, is over. Sources are coming to that conclusion because the reality TV star bought a $3.7 million mansion in his name.

The mansion has five bedrooms and six bathrooms. It has room enough for Scott and Kourtney's kids, Penelope, 2, Mason, 5, and newborn Reign to each have a room and a bathroom of their own. Despite its spacious architecture, this house is not for Scott's family. The couple has already purchased another home together in Calabasas. In fact, the celebrity bought this Beverly Hills home under his name only.

Recent news sources went wild with this information, speculating that the bachelor pad was a sign of Scott and Kourtney's soon-to-be break up.

According to Sport Act, it is fairly common for the men of the Kardashian family to have their own bachelor pads as a private getaway. Both Bruce Jenner and Kanye West have separate homes of their own.

Kim Kardashian, Kourtney's sister, was frustrated by the rumors following Scott and Kourtney's relationship. Kim reported on Twitter, "Scott did NOT buy a bachelor pad in Bev Hills. He is starting a new business venture buying homes & renovating them to re-sell."

In the end, Kim's tweet makes sense. First of all, Disick and Kardashian have been growing increasingly close since Scott's parents passed away earlier this year. He is ready to settle down, not move away.

Secondly, Scott seems interested in the house flipping business. He may want to venture into this business with his girlfriend, especially since Kourtney has such an affinity for interior design.

Perhaps the next 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' spin-off will be a renovation reality series about the Hollywood couple.
