The brand new episode of the 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' spin off reality show, 'Kourtney and Khloe Take the Hamptons', showed Scott Disick checking himself into rehab to address his alcohol and drug abuse issues, E! News reported.

At the start of Sunday's episode, Scott told his friend Chris that beside his family, even he was getting worried about his intense partying.

After realizing that he was walking a dangerous path, the 31-year-old father of Mason and Penelope finally faced his demons and headed to the Mountainside Treatment Center in Connecticut.

Scott's move came just before Khloe Kardashian celebrated her 30th birthday, which was fortunate because Scott's baby momma Kourtney Kardashian, could have some family support, since mom, Kris Jenner, and sisters Kim Kardashian, Kendall and Kylie Jenner, flew into town for the party.

Scott initially shared his plan of going to rehab with Kourtney over the phone, expressing his concern that it was a very expensive process.

But Kourtney supported the father of her children and told him that he was lucky to have the money to get the help that he needed.

Meanwhile, during one scene, which was filmed back in June a before Scott sent himself to the treatment facility, Kourtney told her family that Scott plans on heading to a treatment facility.

"First of all, he's just like, severely depressed. He makes up whatever pills he thinks he needs to take, and then if you drink with it, I don't think it's good. Just stuff like that," Kourtney said, according to Celebrity Gossip.

Disick added that no matter how many times he had envisioned living a cleaner and healthier life, he still goes back to the same routine.

"I've pretty much become a broken record. And I'm sick of hearing myself talk about the problems I have that I don't fix," he said, "And I've always known for a long time I did need to get some help to get to a better place."
