'Kingdom Hearts 3' Release Date News: Square Enix To Unveil Title At E3 2016; Game May Feature Disney Characters?

New details on the release date of "Kingdom Hearts 3" have been revealed. Also, it is rumored that the game may feature several Disney icons.

According to Christian Times, Square Enix is preparing to release "Kingdom Hearts 3" at the upcoming Electronic Entertainment Expo or E3 2016 event, which is set to be held at the Los Angeles Convention Center this month. Along with the game announcement is the announcement of a new "Kingdom Hearts 3" trailer, as per the publication.

As per another report from the publication, it is also revealed that the earliest release date for "Kingdom Hearts 3" is in April 2017. It is at par with Game N Guide, which revealed that a 2016 release is not bound to take place, since Square Enix previously confirmed that the title is not included in the line-up this year. This has to be considered as a grain of salt, as the game publisher has not yet made any official confirmation with regard the official release date of the title.

It is also revealed that "Kingdom Hearts 3" is going to be more diverse, as it is set to feature new characters, such as those coming from the Disney realm like "Hercules," "Tangled," and "Big Hero 6." Aside from them, the game title is also rumored to include characters like Darth Vader from "Star Wars," Iron Man from "The Avengers," Buzz Lightyears from "Toy Story," and even Queen Elsa from "Frozen," as per Parent Herald.

Overall, Square Enix's "Kingdom Hearts 3" is assumed to be unveiled this month and is expected to come out in 2017.
