Kim Kardashian, 34, has been very open with the public about the fact that she and her husband, Kanye West, 37, have been trying to have another child for almost a year.

According to a new report, Kim and Kanye have finally been able to conceive, and she is already three months along.

An insider spoke to OK!, saying, "She's pregnant. I've heard that she's passed the 12 week point but that she and Kanye aren't going to confirm it for at least a few more weeks."

The source also adds that Kim is nervous about jinxing the pregnancy; after all of the difficulty they have had so far.

The couple have been trying to get to this point for a long time, and have spent a lot of money in doing so.

They took several trips to the doctor, receiving in vitro fertilization treatments. Kim has been shattered every time they returned to the doctor find that the treatments had not work.

"She's being crazy protective," said the insider. "She's Googling everything. She doesn't want to risk doing anything that could damage the pregnancy. If something went wrong, especially something she could have prevented, she'd never forgive herself."

Last week at the Met Gala, Kim was one of the showstoppers, in a beautiful Roberto Cavalli gown.

She did not look pregnant at all, but a source told OK! that Kim is only barely showing and she has been doubling up on Spanx in order to maintain that for a little while longer.
