The Keeping Up With the Kardashian's star was allegedly seen with a "fuller" body figure promoting her new Kardashian Beauty Hair Care line in Paris. With that, speculations and rumors have risen up regarding a second pregnancy with singer, Kanye West.

Famous reality star, Kim Kardashian, has been desperately wanting a second child since the start of the year. Kim and Kanye have been very public about their efforts to have a sibling for their daughter, North, who is turning two in June. Kim has been really vocal about having more children with the singer.

However, in a recent KUWTK episode, the 34-year-old celebrity had announced that she was having complications from her previous pregnancy. She was seen relaying to Kanye through a phone call that she had been through a medical consultation and that her doctor had given her some bad news.

According to Kim, the doctor had advised her that she may need to go into surgery to clear out some pieces of placenta that have been lodged in her uterus. Further on, Kim relayed to Kanye that the doctor OK-ed to her with regards to having a baby but this may be the last one. Her next pregnancy may put her to risk with severe bleeding

She had gone through with the procedure which was recently broadcasted. When she was asked about the option to have surrogate pregnancy, Kim Kardashian hesitated on that thought and said that that would be her last resort.

"When I was pregnant with North, I used to tell everyone there was no amount of money anyone could pay me to go through this experience again," She had shared, "There is nothing more that I want on this earth than to be pregnant again,"

Meanwhile, Kris Jenner has seen this as an opportunity that her daughter Kourtney Kardashian could be a surrogate for Kim's future child.
