'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' stars Kim Kardashian West and nephew Mason Disick had a really special weekend recently, as the two visited a patient at a hospital for the Make-A-Wish foundation, treating her to a very nice day.

The sweet duo, Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian's firstborn, Mason who's five years old apparently went out of their way to visit the recipient of the foundation. Kardashian, of course took a quick selfie of herself with the recipient who was then lying on a bed and giving the camera a big smile.

"Mason & I spent the day with this beautiful soul, Anissa!" the 34-year-old pregnant reality star wrote alongside the photo on her Instagram account. "Thank you Make-A-Wish for this special day!"

Indeed it was a rare moment for the recipient, Anissa to have some quality time with Kardashian and the sweet 5-year-old Mason. Although Mason wasn't seen in photos, it was assumed that he was accompanied by his Aunt since Kardashian mentioned him in her social media post.

The said foundation is known to aid children with life-threatening illnesses, and just before heading to the hospital, Kardashian was seen shopping with a full shopping cart at Toys R Us which then had many speculating to be her gifts for the recipient that she and Mason will be visiting that day.

Kardashian who was then wearing a form-fitting white maxi dress that definitely showed off her growing baby bump, a baby boy she is expecting with husband Kanye West due in December, seemed to be pretty busy lately with her family.

The TV personality was recently spotted with her Kardashian-Jenner family on vacation at St. Bart's. Not only that, Kardashian had also been spending a lot of time with daughter North West, age two who she recently captured in a photo with her other niece, and Kourtney's second child, Penelope Disick, age three, having some good time at the pool in their mermaid costumes.
