With every move Kim Kardashian makes, we always keep our eyes and ears open, especially if it might just create a fashion trend.

Kim and Kanye West usually hit the headlines with something a little bit outlandish. However, this new look might have teenage boys weeping in their pillows and women feeling a bit more courageous to cut their luscious locks as well.

Just in time for the Grammy Awards, Kim K, who is notorious for her curves, seems to have cut her do. In a sultry selfie, complete with a pouted up face and stunning dark makeup, she showed off a new mommy-friendly hairdo.

Kim's coveted dark hair is now cut into a short bob just above her shoulders and it will be the look she sports for the Grammy Awards.

Kim released the news that might leave someone horrified because it can be quite a change by posting a picture of herself on the social media site, Instagram.

On her photo, she simply captioned, "I cut my hair short today." Kardashian, 34, has always dawned long luscious hair but apparently she decided it was time to tame her long tresses and trade them in for a stylish new dew.

Last month, Kardashian's hairstylist, Jen Atkin, snipped off a few inches. Kim must have liked the feel of lesser hair because she underwent an even more drastic change to this new cut just above her shoulders.

Prior to all of this Kim has touted that she has a new vision for her style in 2015. Perhaps it was her resolution because in January, Kim tweeted that she was, "Up all night redoing my whole wardrobe with Kanye...I'm so ready for new looks for the New Year!"

Is this the first step of several major changes the fashionista could be going for? If so, it's hard to tell what she will come up with next!

One thing is for sure, this pair is pretty fond of the limelight and we expect to see more of Mrs. West's fashion as she steps on to the red carpet along with her hip hop hubby.
