Khloe Kardashian Divorce News: Kardashian Sibling, Lamar Odom Signs Divorce Papers
Khloe Kardashian and professional basketball player Lamar Odom have finally initiated the final step to end their marriage. A report in the Us Weekly said that the reality TV star and the NBA player have signed their divorce papers earlier this month - two years after they split, and filed the papers last week.
Christian Today reports that the magazine claimed a source told them that the Kardashian and Odom recently met in Las Vegas and signed the divorce papers together. In fact, Kardashian has filed for divorce for the first time back in December 2013.
Since Kardashian split with Odom, the 'Keeping Up With the Kardashian' star dated rapper French Montana in 2014. However, she also split up with him last fall. In addition, 31-year-old Kardashian has also been linked to James Harden of the Houston Rockets, and they have been seen together on more than one occasion. Earlier this month, the two were spotted at Wynn's Red 8 restaurant in Las Vegas.
Us Weekly also claimed that the insider told them that what actually helped Odom make up his mind about the divorce was when Kardashian was seen in public with Harden.
The source has been quoted as saying, "Lamar was really hurt and felt like Khloe had no respect for him."
The source further said that the 35-year old basketball star has had enough after seeing his ex-wife going on dates with other men. As a result, "he came to his senses and told her he wanted out and signed the papers." According to reports, Odom confronted Kardashian regarding Harden, and, according to the source, Kardashian met Odom in Vegas while she was there with Harden.
Kardashian and Odom had married in Beverly Hills in 2009 after dating for just one month.
Meanwhile, there are reports that even as Kardashian moves on in her personal life, she is also on the verge of making changes in her professional life, since she is set to host a new talk show called 'Kocktails with Khloe.' The show will air on FYI, but will not follow the usual talk show format. According to Daily Mail, Kardashian's friends and other celebrities will be joining her in the kitchen and around the table "for an intimate dinner party filled with cooking, pop culture, conversation, and outrageously fun party games."
