'Keeping Up With The Kardashian' star Khloe Kardashian is definitely hyped up with fitness and a healthy lifestyle. Just recently, the blonde beauty was seen in several photos of her working out and revealed that if it wasn't for her sister Kim Kardashian, she wouldn't have the confidence of doing the shoot in the first place.

The photos were apparently for the cover of Complex Magazine for its August/September issue showing Khloe in different work out positions and techniques. Indeed, Khloe has proven that she is a fitness junkie but is not all the time confident about her body which Kim helps her out on apparently.

"I have to shout out and thank my incredibly supportive sister @kimkardashian for forcing me to do this complex shoot," Khloe recently posted on Twitter tagging her sister Kim and giving her the credit in supporting her to do her recent cover.

"I have been procrastinating it because I was too scared to do the shoot! But Kimberly made me and had more confidence in me then I had myself!! I love you Keeks!" she continued. Which Kim replied to and posted her own message for her sister writing, "Khloe was always so hesitant about doing a ... shoot just out of fear but she conquered her fears & went for it!!! I'm so proud of her!!!"

Indeed Khloe was hesitant in doing shoots since a lot of people bringing her down and hating what she looks like at times which then prompted the reality star to post another photo, a before and after photo since several were claiming that she was too airbrushed for the shoot.

"This one is for all the troll haters out there that cannot seem to give me an ounce of credit for my daily workouts! The image on the left is an unretouched photo from the actual camera on the day of the shoot. The image on the right is the retouched photo. Yes skin is smooth and shadows are removed but I still think I look good on the left image. Flaws and all. Hi hater!!!" Khloe captioned the photo she posted on Instagram showing a split photo of her before getting retouched closely looking like herself after being retouched with editing effects.
