Two of the most sought out celebrity singers, Katy Perry and on-again off-again beau John Mayer are rumored to be dating each other again. The two sparked rumors when they were reportedly spotted having dinner together at a new hotspot in West Hollywood and packed on a lot of PDA.

Well, as the fans rooting for the two wait for the rumored couple's official statements regarding the dating rumors, it has been reported however that an insider told E! News that Perry and Mayer were acting like a couple during their dinner date at the Ysabel restaurant last April 4.

The insider revealed that Perry and Mayer had a double date as they were seen with another couple and were acting very cozy.

This was not the first time that the two music icons have been spotted together being sweet and acting like they were officially dating again this year. In another occasion, Perry and Mayer were spotted at the Sunset Tower having dinner.

Afterwards, the two were spotted travelling to Chateau Marmont having drinks with their friends including Allison Williams. According to a source the two were even seen kissing. "They seemed very comfortable together and kissed several times," a source told E! News at the time.

It doesn't stop there, as last month, the two were again spotted out again but there's a confusion since it has been reported that Mayer has been spreading the word to people that he and his former girlfriend are really broken up.

Mayer reportedly said that they are "over for good" because of a "lack of emotional interest on his end." Reportedly, Mayer told his friends that he "fell out of love with Perry but will always love her." The confusion makes it even harder for the fans to figure out what's really going on as the two are always seen together nowadays.
