Justin Bieber News: 'Confident' Singer Publicly Apologizes for Behavior in New Youtube Video

It would seem mega pop star Justin Bieber has finally had a revelation about his lifestyle and earlier this week felt the need to express it with the rest of the world.

On Wednesday the singer posted a video to his Facebook speaking on how he is ashamed of his past behavior and that he apologizes. He claims that he was acting as somebody that he wasn't.

The video came shortly after his public appearance on "Ellen" where he admitted he was nervous. He claimed to feel that everybody was judging him.

"I think I was nervous because I was afraid of what people are thinking about me right now," Bieber says in the video, "It's been a minute since I've been in a public appearance, and I didn't want to come off arrogant or conceited or basically how I've been acting the past year, year and a half."

He didn't go into detail, but the singer has been charged with DUI's, vandalism, and even assault charges.

He continued with:

"I'm not what I was pretending to be. Why I say I was 'pretending' is often we pretend to be something we're not as a cover up of what we're truly feeling inside. And there was a lot of feelings going on in there. Just being young and growing up in this business is hard. Just growing up in general is hard."

"I really want people to know how much I care, how much I care about people, and how I'm not that person to say, 'I don't give a f**k,' you know? I'm not that kid, I'm a person who genuinely cares."

It was recently announced that Bieber was going to appear on the next "Comedy Central's Roast." On "Ellen" he expressed that he wanted to be able to laugh at himself and the mistakes he made.

We'll see if the "Confident" singer can take the heat later this Spring.
