Just when Stephen Baldwin's daughter Hailey Baldwin shut down relationship rumors with Justin Bieber... again, she was spotted with him recently at a bowling alley in New York City. Of course, they were with several other friends but rumors were again sparked as she just announced that they are not an item.

The irony of it is that the two are always together on several occasions but are also announcing that they are not together as a couple, only as friends. Maybe they are just friends but the media have been reporting the other.

The two were seen, not really treating each other as boyfriend and girlfriend but as friends, many have reported. At the Lucky Strike Bowling Alley the two were seen with friends arriving at the alley at 8:30 pm and stayed there until 1:30 am.

After their seemingly fun activity, Bieber was seen hopping in his car with his friends while Baldwin rode in a cab going home. Reports claim that the two may have gotten together afterwards but rode in different cars heading home to shoo away the photographers.

In her previous interview with People magazine, Baldwin shut down dating rumors when asked about her plans for Valentine's Day. "I have no plans because I am single, and it's okay with me," Baldwin said adding, "You know, we're just going to pretend like it's a normal Saturday and go on with our day."

Also in a previous interview, Baldwin also reiterated that she and Bieber are just friends. "We're just friends. I've known him for a long time, since I was about 13," Baldwin told E! at the amfAR New York Gala Wednesday.

"He's just going through a time in his life where he's transitioning in a really positive way and he needs good people around him. And I'm trying to be a good friend and be there for him and support him," she added.
