Josh Turner features family during 'Opry Country Christmas' performance
NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The Grand Ole Opry® continutes its inaugural season of Opry Country Christmas shows featuring songs of the holiday season. Last night’s performance featured Mandy Barnett, The Gatlin Brothers, Riders In The Sky, Charlie McCoy, Jake Hoot, Darin & Brooke Aldridge, and Josh Turner.
Turner brought his family out to perform “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas” and “Joy to the World” from his newly-released Christmas album, King Size Manger. The holiday project features fresh interpretations of beloved classics and introduces four originals, three of which were written or co-written by Turner. Turner’s wife Jennifer and his four sons also appear on the album and are currently out on the "Holiday & The Hits Tour" with the multi-platiunum-selling recording artist.
The final Opry Country Christmas show of 2021 is this Sunday, December 12 with Mandy Barnett, The Gatlin Brothers, Riders In The Sky, Charlie McCoy, The Isaacs, Connie Smith, and Spotlight Artist Chris Janson. Tickets on sale NOW.
