John Stamos was arrested on June 12 in Beverly Hills after multiple calls to police about a silver Mercedes driving erratically.

When police caught up with the vehicle and stopped it, they surmised that Stamos may have needed attention for a medical condition and he was hospitalized shortly after.

Stamos was pulled over by the Beverly Hills Police Department at 7:45 pm, according to reports from PEOPLE.

Police officers handcuffed him at the scene before he was taken to a local hospital by paramedics, according to TMZ.

He was cited for driving under the influence and then released to the care of the hospital. He will have to appear in court on September 11^th, however.

This is not the first time that Stamos has been under the influence of alcohol at a less than appropriate time.

In 2007, he made an appearance on an Australian TV talk show where he slurred his words, made lewd gestures in front of the host, Kerri Anne Kennerley, and wandered around the studio in a dazed state, according to the New York Post.

Later on, he admitted to being drunk during the interview.

Stamos has a very eventful year ahead, starring in his own show, Grandfathered, which will be premiering later this year. Stamos is also producing the Full House spinoff, which 90s kids everywhere are excited about.

Fuller House, as the spinoff will be called, will make its Netflix debut in 2016.

However, filming for the show should be starting any day now.

The series will mainly focus on the lives of DJ, Kimmy and Stephanie, although Stamos has stated that the majority of the cast will be returning for the series.
