Jillian Michaels News: Fitness Star Appears on New Cover of Shape Magazine, Reveals Fitness Secrets

Famous fitness trainer and a mother to two children may have just inspired more people to try to start working out this summer. Jillian Michaels is on the new cover of Shape magazine and she is flawless and in the best physical shape as she introduces her new workout regimen.

Apparently, working out is all about being consistent, whether it is something new or something that people are used to doing, if they are consistent, they will get their goals in achieving the body that they want. Just like Michaels who clearly achieved the body she wants.

"Consistency is the key to getting results," she told the July/August issue of the magazine adding, "If you're pushing yourself to work beyond your comfort zone for four rounds four days a week with this routine, you'll notice that your body starts to change within the first two weeks."

In several shots released online which can be seen in the magazine itself this coming month, Michaels sure sports her energetic and very fit vibe as she poses in different positions showing off her flexibility as well as her hard earned abs and muscles.

And with her new workout routine that she created called Bodyshred, Michaels encourages everyone to go and try it as she herself proved that it is the best workout she did so far. "The results I've seen with Bodyshred have been far superior to any program that I've ever created," the fitness trainer continued. "I like to train the body from as many different angles as possible and to use every modality available to do it."

Indeed it could be jumping really high or standing up with your hands like what she did in a couple of shots seen in the magazine, people could really do it too if they set their mind to it. "Often people hear high intensity and think 'I'm not that fit, this isn't for me,' which isn't the case," Michaels explained adding, "Everyone can do a high-intensity workout, because what it means is simply going at your personal fitness peak, whatever level that is."
