'19 Kids and Counting' Jill Duggar New Baby News Update: Israel David Dillard Welcomed into the World
'19 Kids and Counting' star Jill Duggar and husband Derrick Dillard are finally parents! The two previously expectant parents have been waiting for two weeks past Duggar's due date when their new born baby Israel finally arrived and the family already shared the first photos of the newly added member to the already numerous Duggar family.
Baby Israel was born 9 pounds and 10 ounces. In the photo that Duggar and Dillard posted on their Instagram and on the show's facebook account, Baby Israel is seen sleeping most of the time and being held by his parents.
One photo posted online was the new parents' first family portrait with baby Israel. Duggar was still on a hospital bed although looking like she's already recovered from giving birth and of course, the new dad had little eye bags from being up all night waiting for the baby to be born.
It has been reported that Israel David Dillard was born at 11:49 pm just a few minutes before midnight. In another photo, the cute little new bundle of joy is seen wrapped up in a white cloth while wearing a baby hat. The new parents looked definitely excited especially the new mom, Duggar who was seen in another photo with baby Israel on her lap as she played with him.
Duggar was all smiles as she gushed over her new born child. In a caption, the Dillard family wrote, "He's a beautiful baby boy!" Duggar wrote on Instagram adding "Israel David Dillard, born last night at 11:49pm! So thankful to God for this handsome little guy!"
The Duggar family meanwhile also expressed their happiness and welcomed yet another member in their already big family. "We are so thankful for a healthy Mom and baby! Love this sweet baby Israel!" the family shared on their facebook account. "We are happy grandparents and we promise more pictures soon!"
Duggar and Dillard also shared in one of their interviews with E! News that they are not planning to have only one child, in fact, the two doesn't mind how many children they have. "We're open to as many children as God will give us," Duggar shared. "We believe children are a blessing from the Lord and a gift from him," she added.
