Former '19 Kids and Counting' star Jill Duggar and husband Derick Dillard, including Baby Israel, apparently still have good relations with another reality series family, the 'Bringing Up Bates' stars. In the middle of their mission work in El Salvador, Duggar and Dillard flew back to the United States to attend the wedding of their good friends Michaella Bates and Brandon Kelein.

The two families, the Duggars and the Bates go way back. The two share almost the exact same kind of family since both are devout Christians and both are counting 19 kids and more in their families. Both families even appeared on each other's TV series on TLC and UPtv.

Proving their closeness once again, Duggar and Dillard, including Duggar's sister Jessa, Duggar attended Bates' and Kelein's most memorable day, their wedding day which was reportedly held in Knoxville, Tenn.

Although the details of the wedding have yet to be reported, it seemed like a sincere and memorable day especially for the Groom who posted a message on her social media literally hours before he sees his Bride walk down the aisle. "God has blessed me beyond my wildest dreams! I'm about to be married to the love of my life!" Keilen wrote on Instagram hours before the ceremony. "Thank you all for the countless prayers! I can hardly wait to share pictures with everyone! #BatesKeilenWedding #1hour38minutes."

Meanwhile, the Duggars also had their fair share of posts during the fun weekend celebrations with Jill and Derick posting several photos of their quick trip back to their home country with their baby Israel. "I think Israel wants some chocolate milk!" Derick wrote on Instagram showing a photo of Jill and Baby Israel holding a gigantic chocolate milk drink. "#GotMilk," he added.

But then after a great weekend, Sunday afternoon the family of three announced that they were headed back to Central America as Jill wrote "Traveling back to Central America with these two!" on Instagram. "#joyduggar #carlinbates."
