Jennifer Lopez, age 45 and Casper Smart, age 28, continue to deny their rumored romantic relationship as onlookers see nothing but powerful chemistry.

The singer sat next to Smart, her former backup dancer and on and off boyfriend at the Billboard Music Awards, and an insider reports that the pair were getting cozy backstage.

In a recent interview with Ellen DeGeneres, Lopez denied that she was seeing anyone romantically, but an insider says that they were "hot and heavy" during the awards show and were "holding hands and hugging backstage.

The pair has seemed to be reconciling after they broke up in 2014.

They recently celebrated Smart's 28^th birthday in Mexico, and went to the Floyd Mayweather vs. Manny Pacquiao boxing match on May 2^th.

Lopez also revealed in her interview with Ellen that she would be overjoyed to have more children.

She is already mother to twins, Max and Emme, and told Ellen that she would think about adoption and would love to have "four or five more."

This just adds more flame to the rumors that she and Smart are back together, and that they could actually become a family sometime in the future.

In response to Ellen asking her whether she was currently in a relationship, Lopez said "Kind of not, and I kind of am." That sounds like a yes to any fans of her or her relationship with Casper Smart.

The PDA that the two shared at the Billboard Music Awards is another big clue that points to the reuniting of Jennifer Lopez and Casper Smart.
