Famous actress, singer, and fashion icon Jennifer Lopez recently went public about the heart-breaking divorce between her and Marc Anthony in a new documentary, 'Jennifer Lopez: Dance Again'.

For those that may not remember, Jennifer divorced her husband of seven years, Marc Anthony, in 2011. In the documentary, the pop singer revealed that the end of their marriage was an unexpected, distressing time in her life. "That wasn't my dream. My dream was for us to always be together. You never want to break up family," She said.

Even worse, the actress described how the divorce broke her spirit. "I remember being in my dressing room and not feeling like I could get up in the morning," Jennifer said in a teaser, "It feels like closing a whole chapter of my life."

The superstar discussed struggling to come to terms with the break-up, and even more importantly, trying to support her grieving twins. "It hurts me to see them miss him so much. They miss him so much," she said.

Since the divorce, Jennifer has been making great strides in her romantic life and her career. The documentary follows Jennifer on her first world tour with her children, Max and Emme. Clearly, she has certainly picked herself up since the divorce.

The pop singer wanted to tell her story in a documentary to reveal more about herself to her fans. In a synopsis for the documentary, Lopez said, "The experience was more fulfilling than I could have imagined... I am so excited to relive the tour, and once again, share these experiences with my fans."
