Apparently, the time of Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet is gone, and the time has come for yet another romantic duo to steal hearts across the globe in an epic love story.

24-year-old actress, Jennifer Lawrence, and 35-year-old actor, Chris Pratt, are set to star in a new sci fi drama, Passengers. In the film, the pair will play one another's love interests.

Each of these actors have well established careers and impressive acting skills, which means that the chemistry between their characters will likely be out of this world.

After a lot of negotiation, the film is set to soon begin production. This epic drama will be set in outer space, and the synopsis is quite exciting.

"A spacecraft is transporting thousands of people to a distant colony planet that has a malfunction in one of its sleep chambers," begins the synopsis, which is on IMDB. "As a result, a single passenger is awakened 90 years before anyone else. Faced with the prospect of growing old and dying alone, eventually decides to wake up a second passenger."

This alone, has fans ready to buy their tickets. Pratt is going to have a tight schedule this year.

Passengers is scheduled to begin filming in September of this year, and he will very likely be preparing for the Jurassic World sequel shortly after that.

The first instalment of Jurassic World had a wildly good reception at the box office, so everyone is anxiously awaiting the sequel, especially after Pratt confirmed that he will be returning.

The end of the first movie also contained a plot twist that will set the foundation for a sequel.
