Jennifer Lawrence & Chris Martin Relationship News, Rumors: ‘Hunger Games’ Star Breaks Up With Coldplay Singer

If latest reports are to be believed, Jennifer Lawrence's relationship with Coldplay singer Chris Martin seems to have lost the magic. After a year of being on and off, the 'Hunger Games' actress is now said to be tired of Martin's lack of commitment.

People claimed sources told them that Lawrence and Martin have aborted their relationship owing to Martin's desire to maintain a flexible schedule to enable him to be with his children as much when he is not working. Martin, age 38, has two children, 11-year-old Apple and 9-year-old Moses, from his ex-wife Gwyneth Paltrow.

The source close to Martin reportedly told People, "He's crazy about Jen," adding, "But wants to keep his own schedule and be able to do what he wants when he wants to do it."

Nevertheless, another source close to Lawrence told the magazine that the 25-year-old actress was simply bored of Martin's lack of commitment. This source further said that their relationship may not have been completely finished, saying, "They still care about each other, so I can't say the romance is completely over."

Early in July, rumors were rife that Lawrence was pregnant with Martin's child. However, at the 2015 San Diego Comic-Con, Lawrence confirmed to E! Online she was not pregnant, in spite of what some tabloids were reporting.

Lawrence said, "It's funny I'll always read stuff about other celebrities and see something on the cover and I'll be like, 'Wow, they broke up?' And then I'm like 'What are you doing? You know none of this is real."

According to a report in Us weekly, the couple had broken up in early July owing to Lawrence's busy schedule. Referring to Lawrence and Martin's relationship, a source told the website, "They never saw each other," adding that their romance had simply "ran its course."

Meanwhile, Martin revealed to the BBC in December 2014 that has been working on the seventh Coldplay album, which would be called "A Head Full Of Dreams." He further said that the band will go on tour following the release of its last album.

The Coldplay singer also said, "It's our seventh thing and the way we look at it is like the last 'Harry Potter' book or something. Not to say there might not be another thing one day, but this is the completion of something."

On the other hand, Lawrence stars in the final 'Hunger Games' movie, 'The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2,' which is set to premiere on Nov. 15. She also is co-writing and co-starring in a new comedy with Amy Schumer.
