Jennifer Aniston News: Actress Talks Beauty and Fitness in Interview with Glamour Magazine
Comedian and actress Jennifer Aniston definitely still looks good even though she has been in the business for years starting from being part of 'Friends' which ran for almost 10 years. In her recent interview, Aniston remembers her time as Rachel and reveals why she feels beautiful.
It is obvious that Aniston is glowing even more every time she is seen whether on the big screen, the small screen or on the Red carpet. Just recently, Aniston was interviewed by Glamour talking about beauty and she revealed just who she thinks is beautiful in Hollywood.
"These days it's Kate Moss and Gisele Bündchen-they're just ... perfect," she told Glamour. "As a youngster, I was a big fan of Valerie Bertinelli's hair," she added. But apparently, being beautiful isn't just about their looks, Aniston reveals that beauty for her is how she feels inside.
"I feel beautiful when I wake up with my sweetheart. When I leave a photo shoot, because somehow miracles have been worked," she said. Aniston, who's known to have been in a relationship with some of the most handsome faces in Hollywood, including Brad Pitt and now her current relationship is with Justin Theroux.
She added that it is about inner confidence most of the time. "When I come home from a night out with my honey and my makeup's a little smudged. I have many moments when I feel beautiful. It's all about having that inner confidence."
"I always love a beautiful scar" Aniston said, "My stay-fit food: I'm good to go with kale salad. Actually, Justin [Theroux] makes a great one with a poached egg and quinoa. It's really delicious," she said.
Meanwhile, Aniston also remembered her days when she played the character of Rachel from friends and one thing she remembers specifically was her hair. "I was not a fan of the Rachel. That was kind of cringe-y for me. Looking back-honestly, even during that time-I couldn't do it on my own. I needed [my hairstylist] Chris [McMillan] attached to my hip. Left to my own devices, I am not skilled with a hairbrush and blow-dryer," she said.
