Jason Crabb Helped Scoop 10,000 Scoops of Ice Cream to Benefit Michael W Smith's Rocketown

Michael W Smith's non profit for youth in Nashville,  Rocketown, has generated $10,000 in donations via a 10,000 Scoop Challenge event held at First Baptist Church in Downtown Nashville. Hosted by Purity Dairy and Denali Flavors, each FREE scoop of Moose Tracks flavored ice cream eaten promised $1 donated to the non profit by Denali Flavors.

Jason Crabb lent a helping hand in this charity effort today (June 7) and tweeted, "Today I joined Scott Hamilton, Rhonda Vincent, and more as we scooped 10,000 scoops of Denali Moose Tracks Ice Cream to benefit Michael W. Smith's Rocketown! Had a great time! Check out this SocialCam video!"

It is good to see Christian artists and the community coming together to bring a brighter future for the younger generation.

The funds raised will support Rocketown's essential community programs that serve the youth. The non profit provides many programs for personal development in arts, music, action sports, mentoring and counseling, scholarships, camps, a skatepark, and even a coffee bar.
