It looks like Jane (Gina Rodriguez) and Michael's (Brett Dier) wedding is going to be delayed in "Jane the Virgin" season 2 episode 16.

"Jane the Virgin" season 2 episode 16 is entitled "Chapter Thirty-Eight." According to Spoilers Guide, Jane and Michael's plans of getting married will be put aside when a flood ruins the Villanueva's residence. While Jane wants to have a small wedding, her father Rogelio (Jaime Camil) is looking forward to a "big blow out wedding" for him to invite all his celebrity friends, which include guest star Charo.

Rogelio is a well-known telenovela star from Venezuela, a reason why he wants to bring his friends to his daughter's grand wedding. Though he desires to invite many of his friends to the event, a total of 15 slots for seats are given to him, according to Christian Today.

Jane and Michael are also searching for their perfect home in the episode. The couple managed to find a location, which is 45 minutes away; however, Rafael (Justin Baldoni) raises his concern that the play is far from Mateo. Along with Jane and Michael's transition to be a married couple, Petra (Yael Grobglas) still faces hardships while coping as a new mother.

Episode 15, which is entitled "Chapter Thirty-Seven" centered on new beginnings. In the episode, Rafael (Justin Baldoni) and Petra are now new parents; however, Petra is set to work again and seems to be disinterested on becoming mother. Xo (Andrea Navedo) also invited Alba's (Ivonne Coll) old love interest Pablo (Marcelo Tubert), but it did not go well with Alba because the latter believed that Pablo was a bad luck bearer.

"Jane the Virgin" season 2 episode 16, "Chapter Thirty-Eight," is set to air on Mar. 28.
