iPod Touch 6 Release Date News, Rumors: 6th Generation Device Unveiled in September?
According to various reports, the all new iPod Touch 6th Generation will be unveiled by September, this year.
The device, which was supposed to have seen its launch sometime last fall, has not yet seen the light of day. However, some reports suggest that the device may even be launched next fall.
While its launch date hasn't been announced, the Internet community is speculating much about its specifications and features.
According to a report on Jobs N Hire, the iPod Touch is expected to come in two models, a 4.7-inch and a 5.5-inch along with a combination of various colors, such as pink, yellow, red, silver, blue and space grey.
While other reports suggest that the device is expected to have an A8 processor that will have features inspired from the iPhone, while other suggest that it may have an Apple A9 processor which will likely run on iOS 9. The prices of the gadget are rumored to range from $250 to $300, according to various reports.
According to LatinoPost, the new music player has also been dubbed as a "fully-loaded entertainment device." Some of its new features include the Apple Pay which was just recently introduced together with the new iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus.
Apple CEO, Tim Cook, said that the two devices iPod Touch 6th Generation and the recently launched Apple Watch have the same ingredient which made the iPod a game changer in the music world.
It is also reported that the gadget may sport a superior camera sensor, although no further news has been conformed regarding the issue. And it is expected that the device will be offered in 32 GB and 64 GB internal storage options, including a micro SD card slot with a storage capacity of up to 128 GB.
