iPhone 7 Release Date Rumors: New Lineup of iPhone Devices Slated for September 2015?
With 2015 well underway, consumers are all speculating about the next addition in the iPhone lineage, the iPhone 7. On that note, some sources are saying that the release of the new device is expected to happen later this year.
"Following the release of the iPhone 6 towards the end of 2014, Apple has been widely expected to follow up with the launch of the next generation iPhone 7 about 12 months later. The company is also expected to update both the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus with the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus, and release the iPhone 7 in September this year, by when the iPhone 6 would complete the one-year-cycle," writes Ecumenical News.
There has recently been a new concept video imagining the next design of the highly anticipated smartphone. While Apple hasn't yet released any images or info on the design, this concept doesn't seem to farfetched.
The concept puts together the original iPhone design with some of the new iWatch aspects.
"The video reveals a fully upgraded iPhone 7 incorporating the dial from the Apple Watch at the top right-hand side of the phone, as well as relocating Touch ID and the home button to the front of the dial. Instead of the home button, there is a smaller bezel and a new 'Sense Button' for capturing gestures and movements to provide users with more personalized control," writes Ecumenical News.
