iPhone 6s & 6s Plus Rumors: Will Apple Unveil Two New iPhones in September?

While Apple Inc. is yet to make an official announcement about the purported iPhone 6s, the Internet is already inundated with rumors and speculations regarding all aspects of the device.

One rumor is that the so-called iPhone 6s will come along with a Plus version of the device. Another rumor states that the purported iPhone 7 is a completely different handset that will be released alongside the two iPhone 6s versions this fall.

Christian Post cites a report from Ecumenical News that claims "possible" pre-orders for the "new iPhone" from Vodafone may begin on Sept. 18. Based on a report in Mobile News, it further states that, as part of their preparation, Vodafone has already informed this to its staff via e-mail. Nevertheless, as of now, the news is unconfirmed.

In addition, speculations are rife that besides the 4.7-inch Apple iPhone 6s and the 5.5-inch iPhone 6s Plus, Apple may come out with a third smartphone sporting a 4-inch display, especially for iPhone lovers who find the flagship handsets somewhat cumbersome.

Recent reports also claimed that the Cupertino-based tech giant is also planning to upgrade the camera department of its upcoming smartphones. The iPhone that will run on the latest iOS 9 is expected get a refurbished Facetime camera besides a flash, slow motion and 1080p video recording as well as panorama.

According to rumors, developer Hamza Sood succeeded in mining these details from the initial developer previews of Apple's latest operating system, which is currently under development. If these functions are to be true, it is an indication that Apple trying to find new means to make its well-accepted camera units much more lovable with a view to keep up with its competitors.
