iOS 9.3 Beta 7 Release Date, Features: Final Stage Of Tweaks Underway Before Launch
Developers and selected testers have already downloaded the Beta 7 for iOS 9.3 and would have familiarized themselves of the details and features of the software by now.
"After publicly releasing iOS 9.2 more than three months ago, Apple started testing the new iOS 9.3 back in January. Now arriving as the seventh beta, the latest version of iOS 9.3 should iron out the final kinks before it's ready to debut," Tech Times said.
The iOS 9.3 Beta 7 is expected to be the last wave of experiment before the expected launch this month.
The website 9to5 Mac, the repository of all news related to Apple products, revealed some features and details of the iOS 9.3 Beta 7.
"Features include a new Night Shift mode that auto changes the display temperature, Touch ID- and password-protected items in the Notes app, new CarPlay features, expanded 3D Touch options on apps such as Settings, and more," it said.
Other features and details of the iOS 9.3 Beta 7 include updates on the Apple's Health and Activity, Workout, Apple Watch fitness panels as well as Wi-Fi Calling support for Verizon iPhones.
"The built-in News app includes new enhancements, Apple Music doesn't have to add playlists songs to My Music, multiple Apple Watches can be paired to a single iPhone, and much more. iCloud for iBooks also enables PDF syncing between iOS devices," it added.
After the Beta 7 version of iOS 9.3, the final version is expected to launch during the Apple's big press event scheduled on Mar. 21, which will also see the release of the 4-inch iPhone as well as the 9.7-inch iPad. More details on the final features should come in the next few days.
