iOS 8.2 Release Date Rumors: Apple to Launch New iOS Update with Upgraded Features Next Week?
Latest reports suggest that Apple will be releasing its latest mobile operating system - the iOS 8.2, some time next week. However, the Cupertino-based tech giant has yet to confirm or deny these reports.
KdramaStars reports that the Apple will unveil the iOS 8.2 some time next week, since the company has plans to release one more GM (build number 12D508) to its employees as well as partner carriers for testing.
Tech websites further say that they have obtained an official internal change log of Apple that contains all released notes. The new firmware will include several improvements to Health app like incorporating the ability to select the height, weight, body temperature measurement, and blood glucose as well as distance traveled. It will also add privacy setting that will allow the user to switch off the tracking of distance, steps as well as flights of stairs climbed.
In addition, the upcoming iOS 8.2 will fix issues related to Health data, especially where it would not refresh following change data source order.
The new operating system will also repair an issue that can stop the users from inserting a photograph in Medical ID. The Health App will augment its stability while handling large volume of data, in addition to being able to visualize workout sessions using third-party apps.
