It may still be quite shocking for many when "All Day" rapper Kanye West announced that he was running for President in 2020 at his acceptance speech in the recent MTV's Video Music Awards. And many are still wondering if the statement was true or not, but if it is, West has another celebrity who already said in advance that he would be voting for the rumored Presidential hopeful and its none other than Ice Cube.

"It's about ideas bro, new ideas. People with ideas, people who believe in truth," West previously shared with the MTV audience. "And yes, as you could have guessed by this moment, I have decided, in 2020, to run for President," he added and since then people have assumed that he may really run.

Indeed there are a lot of supports that are springing up ever since West announced the very shocking news on stage. Just recently, when Ice Cube was interviewed, the 'Straight Outta Compton' star revealed that he would vote for West.

"I'm voting for Kanye. Why not?" Ice Cube told the Daily Mail adding, "Who's better than Kanye to run?" and in his loyalty was then led to him being asked if he would support West all the way and run beside him but not being interested in politics, Ice Cube said, "No, I'm not into politics like that," he said adding, "I'm into helping my people get over the hump. I ain't got time to help everybody. We got a lot of work to do."

However, when asked if West's wife, and 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star would be good as the first lady if indeed West will be running, Ice Cube revealed that he had no problem with it. "It's cool. If that's what it is, that's what it is," he explained. "No matter who is the President, you gotta all get up and go to work in the morning."
