Hunger Games Jennifer Lawrence Workout Diet Plan: Says 'Nothing Can Motivate Me'
Even though Jennifer Lawrence recently joked that she's an obese actress who can find nothing to motivate her to workout, it seems as through the 'Hunger Games' star has a lot of training to do as she prepares for her role in an upcoming film.
A routine excercise plan has apparently been laid out for Lawrence as she tries to tone up for her role as Katniss Everdeen in the next 'Hunger Games' installment. To keep her physically fit, the actress has reportedly hired a personal trailer to keep her on track in her workout routine. Apparently, the trainer she hired is a popular one that's in high demand for other celebrities in Hollywood.
Dr. Joe Horrigan, who specialized in chiropractic sports medicine, has already worked with several Hollywood actors and actresses, and is now working with Lawrence. He has set up specific exercise plan that is molded to fit her style and habits. The 23-year-old 'X-Men: Days of Future Past' is reportedly keeping up with her planned out fitness routine.
According to Dr. Horrigan, the actress' exercise model is composed of five parts. Her workout includes cardio, strength training, yoga, routine and attitude training. It's apparent that the actress will need to stay in shape due to all the fight scenes she's set to engage in during the forthcoming movie.
