If you recall, HTC launched a massive promo campaign just before the launch of its HTC One handset two years ago by sponsoring the UEFA Champions League. This time the Taiwanese smartphone manufacturer had adopted a similar policy to promote its upcoming flagship handset - the HTC One M9, confirming that its release is imminent.

TechRadar,says that the latest hoardings put up by the company at the Champions League game reads, "The new HTC One, coming March 1." This presents a clear message that HTC is all set to launch the HTC One (M9).

Precisely speaking, the Taiwanese tech manufacturer has eventually confirmed that it will unveil the HTC One (M9) at the upcoming Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2015, Barcelona, Spain, from March 2.

While HTC is still maintaining a silence regarding the features of its upcoming flagship device, some details have already been leaked. Although GSM Arena has published the complete specifications of the HTC One M9, but none of them have been confirmed officially. The tech side claimed that HTC One M9 will sport features like 5-inch Super LCD3 capacitive touchscreen rendering 1080 x 1920 pixels (441 ppi pixel density) and be protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 4, in addition to HTC Sense UI 7.0.

The GSM Arena report further claimed that the upcoming smartphone will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor clocked at 2 GHz, and run with Google's latest mobile operating system Android 5.0.1 Lollipop. HTC One M9 is also expected to pack 32 GB internal memory, 3 GB RAM and microSD up to 128 GB. It will boast a dual 20.7 MP rear camera and 4 MP front snapper, and come with a non-removable Li-Po 2840 mAh battery.

On the other hand, GSM Arena quotes Upleaks as claiming that the features of the HTC One M9 will include a 5-inch FHD Display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor clocked at 2.0GHz + 1.5GHz, and Android 5.0.2 Lollipop with Sense 7.0. Upleaks further claimed that the device will come with 32/ 64 GB internal memory with 3GB RAM and micro SD Card slot. The device will have 20.7 MP main camera with Dual LED Flash and 4 MP UltraPixel front camera, a 2840mAh battery, will support VoLTE, Carrier Aggregation as well as LTE Category 6 up to 300 Mbps for download, 5 0Mbps for upload, Bluetooth 4.1, and BoomSound speaker.
