The Houston Rockets will go one-on-one with the Phoenix Suns on January 23 at the US Airways Center in Phoenix, Arizona.

The Rockets (29-14) will look to snap a potential two game losing streak when they clash with the Suns on Friday night.

"[Yesterday], we gave up a ton of points in many different ways. Our offense is going to be our offense. What we've been doing lately against some of the top teams is our offense has been fueling them with turnovers and stripped balls. That's got to stop. It's hard enough to win against the top teams without you fueling them," said Rockets coach Kevin McHale to reporters.

"The bottom line is you have to go get balls off the board. The loose balls are out there and they're bouncing around. Someone is going to get them. It has to be you if you want to win these type of games. We better start doing some of that (stuff.)"

Previously, the Rockets were beaten by the Golden State Warriors by a final score of 126-113 on January 21, a game where Houston shooting guard James Harden had 33 points and 6 assists in a losing effort.

"They bullied us tonight," said Harden to reporters, "They smacked us four times."

Meanwhile, the Suns (26-18) are looking to stretch their current winning streak to five games when they defend their home court against the Rockets at the US Airways Center.

Phoenix beat the Portland Trail Blazers by a final score of 118-113 after Suns point guard Eric Bledsoe had 33 points, 10 rebounds, 6 assists, and 3 steals on Wednesday night.

"I wanted to finish the game strong. My teammates kept on giving me the ball. They gave me confidence and the coach kept on giving me the ball," said Bledsoe to reporters.

"I'm going to go home and sleep like a baby, I'll tell you that much."
