In 'House of Cards' Season 3 finale, viewers saw Frank Underwood (Kevin Spacey) and his wife Claire (Robin Wight) choosing to part ways. Nevertheless, a latest report in MovieNewsGuide suggests that the couple may not split permanently.

According to Christian Today, there are rumors that Claire may oppose Frank in the elections. Nonetheless, the a younger, British couple - with 'Scream' actress Neve Campbell probably cast as the female counterpart - may warn them, thereby bringing Underwood and Claire together again.

According to the report, the upcoming Season of Nextflix's American political drama may also look into Frank's struggle with his sexuality.

In 'House of Cards' Season 1, it was revealed that he had a relationship with a man, and now there are rumors of his bi-sexuality. In case, Claire and Frank reunite, first they will need to silence these rumors. The report hints that in an effort to silence such rumors, the couple may eventually adopt.

However, contrary to silencing their most powerful detractors, the adoption issue may perhaps add fuel to fire and the younger couple that is likely to challenge them in Season 4. Nevertheless, adoption of the child will assuage much of the rumors in the media. In addition, the move may also help Claire and Frank remain together and not go for a divorce.

As of now, neither Netflix nor any of the actors have made any comment about the likelihood of the Underwoods adopting a child. However, speculations are rife that it is part of the couple's political strategy.

Aside these, it is rumors that "Frank and Dough" dynamic may return to the show in Season 4. In fact, (Michael Kelly) may be included particularly to help the Underwoods with in the new situation, provided the showrunners do not kill him off too soon into the new season.

Although the network is yet to make an official announcement regarding the 'House of Cards' Season 4 premiere date, it is expected to return in February 2016, like the previous seasons.
