'House of Cards' Season 3 New Trailer News: Tension Between the President and First Lady [VIDEO]

Another trailer for Season 3 of Netflix's hit series House of Cards was released on February 16, one that showcases tension between the President and the First Lady.

In it, the Underwood's pose for their official White House portrait. Frank goes to put his hand on Claire's shoulder, but she flinches. They exchange a couple of cold glances and the photographer continues to snap pictures, trying to coax Claire to smile a little more. The trailer portrays the two characters as distant strangers as they try and awkwardly pose for the portrait. This latest trailer seems to be foreshadowing their struggle to keep up appearance as a happy president and First Lady.

The show has released several trailers since December of last year, creating a lot of hype and excitement for its viewers. Clips from the other trailers also show Frank and Claire distancing each other as more drama envelopes from Frank's presidential decisions.

People are so excited that last week there was a leak of the show's first episode on Netflix. However, after minutes of the discovery, the episode was taken off. The House of Cards later tweeted on their official page the following message, "This is Washington. There's always a leak."

For those who are unfamiliar with the series, House of Cards is a television series based on the President of the United States as he makes decisions that affect both his personal life and the nation's. Star Kevin Spacey's breaking of the fourth wall throughout the series is said to be a highlight of the show.

All 13 episodes of Season 3's House of Cards will air on Netflix on February 27.
