Love is definitely happening for supermodel Heidi Klum as she recently expressed her love for the first time on social media for all the world to see. And the lucky receiver of Klum's big love is boyfriend Vito Schnabel who recently turned a year older and celebrated with his supermodel girlfriend.

Klum, who is already a mother of four found a new love in Schnabel as the model posted a sweet photo of the two in remembrance of Schnabel's birthday on Monday. Turning 29, Klum dedicated her post to the birthday boy showing a black and white photo of them with big smiles for the camera.

"I love you my V...HAPPY BIRTHDAY," Klum wrote in her recent Instagram post proudly announcing to the world her love for her boyfriend of over a year now. Rumors sparked exactly a year ago when the Klum posted a photo of them together for his birthday then.

Now, that everything's out in the open, Klum and Schnabel had been spotted numerous times together on a romantic vacation in France. It seems like the two are having such a wonderful time together as they were photographed doing all sorts of activities like Kayaking and even boarding a yacht in the French Riviera.

The two were also seen glamming it up after a great day under the sun attending Leonardo DiCaprio's charity event last Wednesday at the Domaine Bertaud Belieu winery in Saint-Tropez.

The two had matching white elegant outfits on as they attended the affair and posed as they arrived together. The supermodel then was wearing an elegant low cut white flowy dress and her main man matched hers with a white long sleeves shirt and a pair of black pants.

The two seemed to have found a good relationship in each other as Klum have had her share of heartbreaks as she underwent two divorces.
