It seems that even after his death, the Williams family will have to continue bearing the brunt of Matt's crimes.

It can be remembered that in the last season of "Hawaii Five-0," Danny Williams (Scott Caan) was put under lock and key and was forced to leave the country as a consequence of his brother's financial woes. Now, it is Mrs. Clara William's (Melanie Griffith) turn to be in the hot seat.

Clara will find herself so painfully trapped in an investigation led by the FBI to shed light on the money laundering case that Matt got involved in prior to his murder. Apparently, the bureau will continue to delve into the case until they recover the money embezzled by her son.

In the teaser released by the network, an FBI agent drops by the Williams residence to search for Clara. The clip also insinuates that Matt might have left a share of the missing money to his mother prior to his killing.

Matt was last seen alive and remained in hiding until his murder was revealed in season 5. Since then, the consequences of his wrongdoings in the past have been a chip on his family's shoulders.

Meanwhile, McGarrett will be partnering with a young man struck with autism, who happens to have the information that will elucidate the enigmatic murder of his only friend Matt. Catherine Rollins will also finally turn up after she disappeared and embarked on a secret mission.
