The famous British boy band One Direction has definitely created an empire with their music through their fans. And now that the group celebrates its 5^th anniversary in the music industry ever since Simon Cowell formed the group including Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan, Liam Payne and former member Zayn Malik, band member Styles thanked their ever loyal fans and gave them credit for what the band had already achieved.

One Direction is definitely at the hype of their careers especially since every teenage girl or boy adores the band and knows each of their names as the group worked hard performing phenomenally and producing great music.

In celebration of their 5^th year in the biz, Styles made a shout out via his social media thanking millions of their fans for being one of the reasons why they are successful. "We have been a band for five years. And it is impossible to thank anyone enough for all the support they have given us over this time.." Styles wrote.

Styles went on thanking their crew as well "All the crew that we have been so lucky to work with, and everyone who is behind the scenes. We thank you for everything that you do," he continued.

And of course, Stlyes gave the most credit to their fans who have always supported them. "To you who support us, in any way, thank you. We wouldn't be here without you. You did this and we thank you for having us. All the love," Styles concluded.

The group, despite losing one member since Malik exited the band have since then been stronger than ever and Cowell, who contributed greatly to the fans for forming the band himself apparently thinks that the group earned a little me-time individually.

"In terms of the band, they've got enough hits now they can take some time off and do some other stuff they want to do," Cowell previously explained to The Sun. "Then I hope they'll have a little bit of time apart and want to get back together again. It's a fun job, but it's absolutely their decision."

With Malik out of the picture and recent reports revealed that band member Tomlinson is going to be a father soon, fans can just continue to hope that despite all the changes, the group would stick together. Happy fifth anniversary One Direction!
