One Direction member Harry Style is suiting up with a new hairstyle for 2014, but still maintaining his hair locks that have been a hit among One Direction fans since 1D became famous. 

Style's personal stylist Lou Teasdale posted a photo on Instagram showing the You and I singer on a letdown and slightly messy hair.  Teasdale captioned the photo, "Indie", referring to Styles' new hair fashion pulling out a low maintenance, rock and roll feel.

In the photo, Styles is shown wearing a grey shirt with tattoos revealed on his arms. 

His current hairstyle is different from the usual brush up look with the rest of his hair pushed away from the eyes.  In 1D's Where We Are World Tour, Colombian fans were thrilled to see a fresh and new look for Harry Styles.

Meanwhile, in related news, Coldplay's Chris Martin has praised Styles. 

"Harry has come to a couple of our shows.  I think I probably said the same thing about chemistry," Martin told BBC Radio's Zane Lowe.  

Martin also commended One Direction's work as a band:  "I'm saying, One Direction [is] brilliant and I'm not kidding.  You know why? Because their songs are really good and I don't think that any of them are going to go solo."
