Gwyneth Paltrow News: 'Ironman' Actress Appears on the Cover of Women's Health Magazine

Gwyneth Paltrow, being a mom of two still has a great physique as she appeared on the new cover for 'Women's Health' magazine. In multiple photos released by the magazine, she appears stunning, and even reveals her work out and diet secrets which moms can also apply if they desire to do so.

The mother of two is the new cover for Women's Health promoting a healthy and fit lifestyle along with being a full-time mother and Hollywood actress.

Paltrow is very much glowing and reveals that she feels quite confident even more now than how she looks like 20 years ago. "I feel way more comfortable in a bathing suit now than I did 20 years ago," she told Women's Health.

Paltrow apparently does the same thing weekly as she revealed how she attained her fit physique. "My routine is the same every weekday. I drop my kids at school. I do an hour of dance cardio, then I go to work," she said.

As for her eating habits, the 'Iron Man' actress is quite strict on her diet, revealing, "For lunch I usually have a big salad with grilled chicken, and then for dinner I'll have whatever I want. Most nights I eat with the kids, like, a stir-fry of chicken and broccoli or pasta or roast chicken and potatoes," she said.

Meanwhile, being a single mom once again, after "uncoupling" from ex-husband Chris Martin says that she wouldn't want to have a non-serious relationship. "If I'm in a relationship at this point in my life, it's got to be a relationship worth sustaining, you know what I mean? I don't have the time or inclination," she said.
