Rumor has it that former Hollywood married couple Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin are slowly getting their Divorce finalized. The most recent news is that the two have worked out the terms of their divorce as per their business managers.

The Hollywood actress and the Hollywood singer were married for 10 years before announcing their split via their family's website. The two have since then worked out their divorce and according to a source of E! News, the divorce paperwork have been filed today.

Their uncoupling will now soon be official and the two will then be legally divorced. According to the source, the terms of their divorce include their assets and custody of their two children, Apple, 10, and Moses, 7.

Upon the filing of the divorce papers, the source said that the two have already signed off on their terms that they have been working on for months now. The two have been separated and it has been reported that Martin has already a budding relationship with 'Hunger Games' star Jennifer Lawrence and Paltrow supports it.

"I respect him as the father of my children," Paltrow previously said on 'The Howard Stern Show'. "It's his decision...He wouldn't be with someone who isn't great," she added.

But of course the two remain friendly despite the separation. The two have been together on several occasions with their kids spending vacation in Cabo San Lucas for their kids' spring break.

The announcement of their split on their website however formally closed the chance of the two rekindling their romance. "It is with hearts full of sadness that we have decided to separate. We have been working hard for well over a year, some of it together, some of it separated, to see what might have been possible between us, and we have come to the conclusion that while we love each other very much we will remain separate," Paltrow and Martin said in a joint statement.
