'GTA V' PC Release Date Delay News: Rockstar Confirms Game Set Launching January 27

In the wake of rumors that Rockstar Games might delay the launch of 'Grand Theft Auto V' for PC, the developers have once again assured fans of their commitment to release the game on schedule.

"GTA V will be coming to PC on January 27th. We have not announced any changes to this date at this time," Rockstar has affirmed.

According to Christian Today, responding to a query from a gamer on its support page regarding the rumored delay Rockstar assured that the game, which has already been released for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in November 2014, will be released for PC within a few weeks.

In fact, 'GTA V' fans were upset over the rumors regarding the delay and reacted strongly to it. According to WCCF Tech, reports regarding the delay created a commotion among the gamers after they noticed the subtle change made on the game's Steam page, where the game developer altered the release date from Jan. 27 to early 2015.

This annoyed the PC gamers who have been eagerly waiting to play 'GTA V' soon and they were not happy with the change in the release date of the game. Fortunately for Rockstar Games, it has been quick to end the speculations before the fans were upset further.

Meanwhile, the latest development has also made the PC gamers concerned about the game running smoothly on their computers. Most gamers are not impressed with 'Grand Theft Auto IV', as it only resulted in stress, anxiety and anticipation regarding its successor. Nevertheless, with the release date drawing closer, players would like to boost their PC specs in preparation for the game. However, Rockstar has yet to provide the details regarding system requirements.
