Some great cheat codes have been released for the latest installment to 'Grand Theft Auto' for the Playstation 4.

'GTA V' is Rockstar's free-roaming action adventure game, originally released for the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3. It has recently been made available for the Playstation 4 and various cheat codes have been found and confirmed for the game.

Although it is important to note that not all games contain cheat codes, but historically all 'Grand Theft Auto' games have had numerous cheat codes. Rockstar enjoys giving players total control and free range, even beyond their own game parameters.

Cheat codes in the game are activated by quickly pressing specific buttons in a sequence. The following cheat codes are weapon codes and have been provided by The Fuse Joplin:

Extra Ammo - Triangle, R2, Left, L1, X, Right, Triangle, Down, Square, and L1 thrice.

This cheat gives you extra ammo, along with extra weapons such as assault rifles, knives, grenades, pistols, etc.

Flaming bullets - L1, R1, Square, R1, Left, R2, R1, Left, Square, Right, and L1 twice.

This cheat will activate flaming bullets for your gun.

Explosive bullets -Right, Square, X, Left, R1, R2 Left, Right twice and L1 three times.

This cheat will activate explosive bullets, blowing up your targets on impact.

Slow-motion aim - Square, L2 , R1, Triangle, Left, Square, L2, Right, and X.

This cheat will allow you to slow down your aim mode enabling you to get a better more accurate shot. You can enter the code up to three times to increase effectiveness.

Spawn Buzzard - Circle twice, L1, Circle thrice, L1, L2, R1 and Circle.

The Spawn Buzzard is a small helicopter with guns and missiles. This can only be done in a wide open space.
