Group 1 Crew is releasing its fifth studio album, titled "Power," and pre-sale already began starting April 15, according to the statement.

Each order will allow fans to download the title track.

The fifth studio album, "Power," holds more significance for Group 1 Crew founding member Manwell Reyes who was not able to talk for three months following a surgery. There are also other challenges as well, and that is to create another production following "Fearless," which came out four years ago.

"Somehow I got wrapped up in the idea that God loved me because I was selling records or because I was on tour," he said. "When the shows stopped, I thought God's love for me also came to an end and people didn't care what I had to say off stage."

For the "Power" album, Group 1 Crew's Manwell Reyes called up Seth Moseley, Tedd T, Josh Bronleewe, Jason, Walker and Josh Crosby to produce the tracks. There are other cameos as well such as My Kid Brother, Lauryn Taylor Bach of 1GN, Jor'dan Armstrong and Reyes' wife, Anjelah Johnson.

"God really put me in my place when He made me aware of the fact that He loved me before I even started singing a note, before anyone knew who Group 1 Crew was. Music is what I do but it's not who I am. It's been an amazing revelation to know this and find freedom from what others may think of me."
