'Grimm' the popular supernatural series returned for its fourth season via NBC on October 24. The show picked up right where it left off in the previous season.

Detective Nick Burkhardt, a main character in the series, drank a potion last season and lost all his supernatural abilities. Also, fans can remember that Captain Sean Renard was shot in the chest by Weston Steward, and left in critical condition.

The uncertainty about the main character's lives is what keeps the show exciting. Fans are eager to know whether Renard lives or dies.

Season 4 also involves the introduction of a new character. According to TV Guide, Louise Lombard who played the character of Sofia Curtis in 'CSI' will play a character named Elizabeth Lascelles in 'Grimm' Season 4.

Her character is supposedly a "mysterious" woman. The site speculated that Lascelles would confront Hexenbiest Adalind.

TV Guide went on to say that the character may be introduced with the ability to steal memories. However, that remains as rumor as no information about the character has been confirmed.

In 'Grimm' Season 4, Adeline will be looking for her baby, unaware that Nick has given the baby to his mother. He did this in order to keep the child safe from the others.

Executive producer David Greenwalter has left fans guessing as he's reluctant to reveal much about what's in store on the show. However, he did admit to experimenting with some of the characters on the show, whatever that means.
