"Grey Anatomy" season 12 is bound to reach its season finale soon and it is revealed that Callie and Arizona are set to have some issues on Sofia's future in episode 22.

"Grey's Anatomy" season 12 episode 22 is entitled "Mama Tried." According to Spoilers Guide, the episode will see Callie and Arizona at odds on what will happen to Sofia in the future. Along with the girls' issue, episode 22 is also reveals Stephanie's interrogation about the current status of her dynamics with Kyle. Details on whether the issue is set to be resolved or worsen is set to answered in the episode.

In addition to paired problems, "Mama Tried" is also set to see April and Alex work hand in hand on a case of a pregnant teenager who is admitted once more to Grey Sloan Memorial. The reason behind the repeat admission is yet to be revealed.

"Mama Tried" follows "Grey's Anatomy" season 12 episode 21. Entitled "You're Gonna Need Someone on Your Side," the episode revealed that Stephanie and Kyle's relationship became more conflicting and difficult, as per Spoilers Guide. Also, the episode saw Callie and Arizon at odds, placing their friendship at the center of a hard situation.

Episode 21 also saw Meredith boost Amelia and Owen's self-esteem, for the two to explore chances and finally become a true couple.
