Exciting things will happen on the next episode of "Grey's Anatomy" as episode 15 is about to kick off on our television screens. According to the spoilers, April's pregnancy news has been revealed while Meredith will be taking a second chance at love.

According to Carter Matt, the upcoming episode entitled "I Am Not Waiting Anymore" will reveal the long-awaited confrontation between former lovers April and Jackson. The latter will finally face the former because they are expecting a child.

"It's the sort of thing that changes almost any relationship, and this is one that has definitely already been fractured," the website had noted. The former couple went through an excruciating divorce and Jackson will be surprised upon hearing the news.

What could be his reaction to April's pregnancy? Viewers might expect a heavy scene between the two. Meanwhile, the website also revealed that Meredith will be having a dilemma if she will be dating again. To whom? the website claimed that it could be Dr. Thorpe.
