One scenario will be the storyline of the decisions of what April, played by Sarah Drew, and Jackson, played by Jesse Williams will do with their unborn child.
The two have had numerous talks with Dr. Herman, played by Geena Davis, and it is going to be a difficult decision to make. This comes after Dr. Herman has diagnosed their unborn baby with osteogenesisimperfecta, which is a brittle bone disease and it is likely that it will be fatal.

Along with this storyline at Seattle's Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital, Meredith, played by Ellen Pompeo, will be looking for someone to take care of the kiddos while she goes to visit Derek for the weekend.
Derek is played by Patrick Dempsey. One option might be Maggie, played by Kelly McCreary. Also, Amelia and Stephanie played by Caterina Scorsone and Jerrika Hinton, respectively, will be working together on a case and Amelia will have to play boss and show a little tough love.
